RAY023-640400

A 0.23" nHD+ (640x400) full-color OLED microdisplay aimed at head-mounted displays and AR glasses.

The panel packs 3,255 PPI into a 5.06 x 3.29 mm active area, with a 7.8 x 7.8 um pixel in an RGB irregular-hexagon arrangement, 256 grey levels, a contrast ratio over 10,000:1, brightness uniformity above 90% and a typical color gamut of 68% NTSC. It refreshes at 25-90 Hz over a single-lane MIPI DSI link (D-PHY 1.1, up to 800 Mbps per lane) with an I2C control channel, and runs over a wide -40 to +65 degC temperature range.

The RV023EH02 is a series: besides this full-color version at 5,000 cd/m2 typical, there are also monochrome white (10,000 cd/m2), monochrome red (10,000 cd/m2) and monochrome green (50,000 cd/m2) variants. Typical power consumption is 150 mW for the color panel and 76-130 mW for the monochrome ones. Lifetime is specified as T50 700 hours for the color version and 1,000 hours for the monochrome versions, at typical brightness.
