RAY060-800600
A 0.60" SVGA (800x600) full-color OLED microdisplay for viewfinders, night-vision optics and other near-eye systems.
The 12.06 x 9.06 mm active area carries a relatively large 15 x 15 um pixel in an RGB vertical-stripe arrangement - around 1,670 PPI - which keeps the panel comfortable behind eyepieces up to about 13x magnification. It gives 256 grey levels, contrast above 10,000:1, brightness uniformity over 90% and a 25-85 Hz refresh rate, and accepts ITU-R BT.656, 24-bit RGB or 8/16/24-bit YCbCr video with an I2C control channel.
The module measures 19.8 x 15.2 x 4.6 mm, weighs 1.7 g and connects through a 40-pin 0.5 mm board-to-board connector. It operates from -40 to +65 degC at up to 85% RH non-condensing, and stores down to -55 degC.
Alongside this full-color version at 200 cd/m2 typical, monochrome white (500 cd/m2) and monochrome green (10,000 cd/m2) versions are available. Typical power consumption is 110 mW in color, 90 mW mono white and 150 mW mono green. Working life is quoted as 20,000 hours at typical brightness, without stating the luminance-decay point it is measured to.
