RAY060-800600-B
A 0.60" SVGA (800x600) full-color OLED microdisplay offered as a pin-compatible replacement for existing 0.60-inch SVGA designs, so an instrument built around an earlier module can be re-sourced without redesigning the optics or the interface board.
It keeps the 12.06 x 9.06 mm active area, the 15 x 15 um RGB vertical-stripe pixel (about 1,670 PPI), 256 grey levels, contrast above 10,000:1, uniformity over 90% and the 25-85 Hz refresh rate of the standard version, and takes the same ITU-R BT.656, 24-bit RGB or 8/16/24-bit YCbCr video with I2C control. It mates through a 40-pin 0.5 mm Hirose DF12D(3.0)-40DP-0.5 connector.
The module is 19.8 x 15.2 x 4.7 mm and weighs 1.7 g, operating from -40 to +65 degC at up to 85% RH non-condensing. Where it differs from the standard version is the drive: it is specified at a higher supply current and a lower typical brightness of 100 cd/m2 in full color, with monochrome white at 500 cd/m2 and monochrome green at 5,000 cd/m2. Typical power consumption is 150 mW mono white and 180 mW mono green. The datasheet gives no lifetime figure for this version.
