JBDLED013-640480B
A blue monochrome 0.13" VGA (640x480) microLED microdisplay, rated at over 350,000 nits. It completes the red-green-blue set of this 0.13-inch family, the three panels a full-colour X-cube light engine for AR glasses is built from.
The panel drives each LED pixel individually from a silicon backplane, giving a self-emissive display with a 4 um pixel pitch across a 2.62 x 1.98 mm active area, roughly 6,350 PPI, with 654 x 494 pixels physically present. Peak wavelength is 462.5 nm. Contrast is 100,000:1 full on/off, block uniformity 90% with demura applied, grey scale 8-bit with gamma 2.2, and the panel refreshes at up to 75 Hz over a MIPI link with an I2C control channel.
The driver IC draws 35 mW and the LED array about 0.57 W at 25% average picture level, dropping below 5 mW in deep sleep. The panel is specified to run with a heatsink at up to 25% APL and a sensor temperature below 80 degC, over a -20 to +80 degC range. It is RoHS 2.0 / halogen-free certified.
